Just an arm. And it's okay.

I imagine him as a Boolean which determines whether or not I can use weapons.

A dwarf of variable physical description, but with both of his arms cut off just below the shoulder, with the stumps constantly gushing fountains of blood. His blood is also magma if he happens to feel like it.

As did, approximately, three others of us.

A dwarf wearing brown studded leather clothes and fur-lined leather boots, on one knee, glowing pupil-less eyes open, a horned helmet, long beard reaching the ground, mouth pouring magma, right hand resting on a massive stone warhammer (upside down, on the floor), left hand clutching a broken goblin corpse.

I imagine him as the world itself. After all, the magma is his blood. So what else could he be? But when I imagine him communicating with adventurers or his other followers, I imagine his massive red face, mostly hidden in shadow.

I know, not too creative. But I can't help but keep that connection in my brain analogue.

I always imagined him looking like a physical representation of a fortress dying because the mason who should have been walling of the entrance to the circus was on break.

I either see him as:
-Something that does't exist in DF. Perhaps it someday might, but it surely doesn't do so now.
-The Dwarven god in DF if there was no random world generation, and thus only one world, and one set of gods
-World Generation.

I imagine him as a humanoid creature, most likely a Dwarf, in the heavenly realm. In DF Earth certain elements of Armok are manifested.

When he bleeds a volcano erupts.
When he laughs an earthquake kills thousands.
His blood is thus magma, his bones are the stone from which Dwarfs craft and his flesh is the soil from which Dwarfs draw their sustenance. Especially the clays.

The events of the heavenly realm (a Valhalla like realm) effect the events on Earth (or rather they are mutual, but with far more weight for Valhalla, I like to keep the possibility open that a mortal can fight the gods).
And his will is manifested directly in death, destruction and the spilling of mortal blood.

Fucking sweet.

A great giant dwarf bigger than the heavens! It is made of slade, whilst the beard is made of long hard strands of Adamantine! It possess four arms! One carries an ax, to represent the dwarves' warrior nature. One carries a mighty hammer, to represent the industry of the bearded folk. One carries a steel mug, overflowing with magma to show the dwarves' love of fine ale, wines, spirits, and the blood of the earth! The final arm carries a cluster of hundreds upon thousands of skulls, with blood pouring from their eye sockets, to show the cruel merciless nature of Armok. Its eyes are filled with pure unrelenting heat, and fire great beams of light to fry any foe! It is unstoppable!

This is a side-effect of dwarven animal training (hit animal with hammer until it forgets that it hates you, then lovingly cuddle it).

I ignore the concept of Armok for the most part.
DF has a gods and deity system, there isn't much room for him.

Saying that the player is 'armoks incarnation' or that he's the collective will of the dwarves or something, feels to me too much like people trying to place an unfitting piece where it won't go.
