Check again. It's under planetary holdings. And yes you did get the stuff. Check the update of your turn. It states it there.

My turns might take a while. Dealing with a knee injury and it's hard to be mobile, so if I'm not on for a while, I do plan on at least being here once a day, but skip me if you have to.
