I have embarked the reclaim, with 6 Paladins, all armed, we should last more then a week... Hopefully... The six paladins are listed. May the six endure these hardships...

EDIT:
Poor buggers lasted longer, but not long enough :-\ IS THERE NO END TO THE UNDEAD!?!?!?!?!?

Too late, guess another reclaim? This time, the crap that died last time showed up and brought some guests. It didn't take long for about 20 undead to keep comming. TopHat managed to murder almost everything with a pickaxe but they kept comming back... And then eventually got mauled by zombie dogs... Everything else was killed by other paladins that committed heresy or were killed by a rampaging zombie yak... Yay... I really need to sit down and plan this out CAREFULLY, because Its obvious that I'm gonig to die if I keep doing what I'm doing... Maybe if I just dig under the wagon, and seal it off with a hatch, we could live longer then a week? :P

From my experience, dig a 2-thick moat around the wagon, with a ramp on one of the inside sides. Then build a wall behind the moat, and dig down.
Meanwhile have marksdwarfs provide covering fire.
 Abandon the old area for now.
Requesting re-dwarf as the next Redshirt miner.

Been with work, those wgho died are still going in, although those who are comnming in now are going to be comming from migrant waves. I will try and get it up tomorrow or the day after, I got a huge test im studying for atm :-\
