These are really nice, so people know what to expect an not to expect! It's also nice that development isn't completely ad-hoc! Thanks for sharing :D

I looked through these trying to determine when will we have something playble, by which I mean:

1) Collecting resources and using them to build stuff
2) AI attacks us and we can defend.

ie. something like the alpha state of Rimworld

But I can't figure it out, maybe it's because I don't know what is currently in.
We have mining, we have death, we have building. We dont really have resource use (besides power and I think food/drink), there isent really any hostile AI, death can occur.

Oh the dev is in here? Somehow I completely missed that. I think the problem was when I most recently checked the kickstarter page (after hearing it was released) it said that I needed to provide more info before I could get it... and I assume that the e-mails went out to everyone who had already provided info before the release but not to those afterwards.

I don't check Kickstarter much, hehehe.

Er yeah, surveys went out almost a year ago and emails went out in March. :p

You'll have to email me on the support email if you need it sorted out.

Edit: Should note that I put out a patch last night that really fixed some of the biggest problems with the pathfinding and core base building.

Have to give the new patch a try, hopefully my colonists will no longer decide to stand inside the workshop bench all the time.

A new even better AI patch has just gone up. They can make colony wide decisions now so the AI does a lot more interesting things and is a lot more responsive.

Cool, will have to check that out. Last time, I couldn't so much as get them to use the workbench...

Well, after trying the alpha I think I'll have to wait until release for lower graphic settings and/or optimization. The alpha's fps is unplayable on my main PC.

Xinvoker what's your specs? GPU or CPU usage the problem?

Put out a bunch of cool updates last night. The colonists AI has totally transformed over the last week. They are acting like real humans now. It's good to see it finally working properly!

Edit: Also in the Steam sales, but you might want to wait for a flash sale.

Technically we've almost always not known what nukes are.
