If you did a story though you would earn my love Simon my loveee.

I hope you get the chance and I think it would attract a few guys I know gaslamps story's cause a stir here.

And maybe once more gameplay is out there then :) I really can't wait for that :D

The update was really nice but you left out the physical copy of the game so what the box is going to be like what is going to be in the box any special stuff ? Ect... Also any chance of us getting HD wallpapers of your concept art? ;)

Yeah that's included the second tier!

I'll see what I can do for the story. ;)

If you consider doing a "story", I'd recommend something like Alpha Centauri, honestly. That was a game where story never got in the way, while being super-great. In fact, it had a lot of little stories that I loved following, like the story around your first mind worm unit and their relationship with you and the public and the person you were grooming as your heir before they got killed.

It's a great example of how to do story in a strategy game.

Well, at the very least I hope we get some in game stories.

Anyway, things ain't looking to good. Donations are dropping, and the trend appears to indicate that it won't make it, but only barely.

I have not lost my faith in this KS campaign. These things tend to explode at the last minute. I still expect it to not only succeed but rather to exceed the goal. Some gameplay video would not hurt, even if it's just scripted animations.

Same here.  Simon mentioned having some gameplay in the next update, so I'm predicting a fair bump when that's posted and a significant spike in the last two or three days.

I was wondering: Do you actually need that many (if any) humans on site? How capable are the IMP bots?

Not all that, I'm pretty sure. For what I've read, they posses all human flaws, and then some more.

They're more comparable to Marvin (or C 3PO or whatever incompetent robot).

You mean that the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation are manufacturing the things? Well, I guess that the colony is boned then.

I wouldn't worry about Kickstarter failing, they generally explode near the end or if a major youtuber gets interested. If possible, I would get a playable alpha to TotalBiscuit simply because he does "WTF is?" and has such a huge fanbase.

And when the site infiltration feature is done, we can do that thing where two short people disguise themselves as one tall guy in a trenchcoat. Except the two people in question will be halves of the same person.
The perfect disguise.

It's the only compagny I know that makes incompetent robots and sentient doors.

Only because their superfluous design flaws hide their fundamental design flaws.
