ohh how about having mech style Armour stuff ?

Are they colonists or space marines? I figured the player being god was powerful enough.

Mech armor seems a bit off from the intended playstyle here, but actual mechs controllable by the 'god' player AI would be more in line I think.

They won't look like space marines unless simoroth adds Giant Pauldrons to the mech-style armor. ;)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

not really it is a spacey game with a tech tree where technology becomes more advanced i dont see why space suits could become more like personal armour, i quite like dead space's style of armours

also im not talking about space marine crap more like the mech loader from Aliens

Because solar flares appear to be quite frequent on the planet, and a heavy armor isn't that usefull when the power fails.

Ahh I see, we are getting no custom robots :(

At least not initially. But maybe if some form of Content, perhaps DownLoadable, were to appear after this games initial release...well, smiley faces all around I think :)

Also that screenshot looks great, haven't been looking forward to a game like this since I was but a lad...

I really hope mechs play a very tiny part in the game if they have to appear at all.

Still, power failure is going to be problematic if you're wearing a heavy suit.

Also, low cielings, swampy ground, and the fact that most mechs aren't really usefull.

If we get space marines, does that mean will be getting genetic modification?  :P. That could certainly be interesting if it was fairly free form :D.

At the moment I'm concentrating on getting the core stuff in.

I don't think we will have Mechs of any sort, there will probably be a a plated armour set that is less bulky. No silly powered amour though, the character of the game means that things are low tech because fancy stuff is impossible to maintain without the tools.

No, it is one of those things that needs to come with the initial release or not at all to be implimented correctly.

We do. Kickstarter got $140,000, and Indiegogo got $10,000.

Indiegogo lists exactly how much donation it needed for the feature though and it wasn't $10,000

Indiegogo started right before Kickstarter ended. So the numbers are off.
