Name of company: ODIN ((Offworld Distribution (of) Industrial Nuclear Material))

Speciality: Nuclear engineering.

Description:
Odin, though originally founded as a dedicated transport firm for nuclear material, does much more than that today. While they still maintain a small fleet of modified transport ships, they have replaced their focus to the entire spectrum of nuclear engineering. They own several uranium and thorium mines as well as refineries, and are also involved in the construction of new nuclear reactors. Recently they have been investing in the disposal of nuclear material, using modified sixth generation reactors.

Most of their material is spacebased, and most of it is stored in a large space station in orbit around Mars. R&D is done in a seperate base, dug into a small planetoid in the asteroid belt, which is officially used as a nuclear waste storage place.

Goals: Making money. On short term, ODIN plans to enter the nuclear fuel recycling bussiness. They have plans to invest in fusion research, but not immediatly, though they do have an impressive, but useless fusion reactor in their main base of operations.

An actual time for this start will probably be in a week or so since marching season is coming to a close meaning my teachers will murder me for any mistakes so yeah, also the time commitment.

Genetic telekinesis rates very high on the profit scale but it is something that will not be easily reached, and a weak form would be very good in the later portions of the game, however with the ability to control magnetism and EM radiation and psychology and neurology mind reading, and later control are good late middle early endgame goals. Your success is based on competition, viability and profitability.
Note to self: In this universe, genes are magical. Research ASAP.
Or maybe they are not. Anyway, if people are capable of sending brainwaves/ reading minds with their own, I want to be able to take them out with a portable MRI. Same technology, more or less. It should work.
Telekinesis =/= Telepathy
Telekinesis is moving stuff with your mind.

Oops.

Same principle though, find out how it works, apply science. Action=reaction after all, so forcing them to lift something heavy(by interfering with however it works) will result in their brains in their feet.

Name of company: Scrap Corp.

Speciality: Industrial Recycling

Description:
Scrap corp. have for years been buying industrial/military
and/or scientiffic scrap, waste, old machines, space crafts (and/or parts thereof) and selling various products put together from all that.
Clients are mostly shady industries whom are either too greedy or cannot affoard new high-tech equipment on the martket.

However they also test new innovative products of their own creations from such endeavours.
Many of them are doomed to fail, while others sell surprisingly well on the open market.
And for the more "exotic" goods (replace exotic with illegal) there's always the black market, or so it is rumored.
These rumors are often dismissed by the company as competitive slander.

It should also be noted that militaristic factions have been known to deal with them,
scandals have been unearthed more than once.
But nothing of real consequence other than seven-to-eight figure fines.

Goals:
The official goal is to bring new life to old things,
to give less fortunate companies a chance to compete with the ever so competitive competition.
To develop new innovative ideas for the ever growing industry,
to reap the fruits of things noone really wants any more.
And to make loads of money in the process.

Is this good enogh?

Seeing how telekinesis plays fast and loose with the laws of physics to begin with, who knows?

Don't worry it will start sooner, like first turn this week, but my weekend involves performing 3 times with less than 8 hours of sleep between saturday and Sunday.

S.I. (Stone Inc)

Producer of weapons, both ballistic and pulse, robots and vehicle. also a mercenary group. also produce interesting power systems.

A mining clan turned mercenary turned weapons manufacturer, not much is known about SI, but it is known that their weapons are among the best around, and that their ballistic weapons are great on hard targets.

You may want to change the name. It's a bit too similar to GreatWyrmGold's.
