Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Good, I claim Sibrek.
Alright, I named him after you, so he is "Peregarrett" Lettertrotted.
Hmm... When I look at him, it says Strong

Pitcheblende has been dorf'd as Lokum the miner.

UPDATE:

15th of Granite
Our mining operations are going well, as we have already struck ores of copper and tin.
Peregarrett has set up a mason's shop in the mining tunnel in order to turn this stone into something usefull, such as a couple tables and chair.
Everyone has huddled inside the cave in order to escape the rain. Work moves by slower than expected.

I can wait don't worry. This'll be fun, it'll be like playing the game for the first time again! If you finish your turn today I won't be able to grab it until I get home from school tonight.

Can't wait to get my mits on this version's military.

UPDATE

2nd Slate
A small area has been mined out for food to be moved inside, and some bedrooms have been dug out along the mine shafts.
The Booze supply has run out, orders to build a still and gather some edible plants are about to be issued.
Beds and doors are being produced for the rooms. Work is still slow.

I'll take a turn, and name I also claim the miner as Lightningfalcon.
Also, are they're elephants or carp?

LightningFalcon is now the other miner.
It's a temperate zone, so I don't think we'll be seeing elephants, but there is a cougar
As for the carp, we do have a river, so maybe

UPDATE:

13th Slate
The still and kitchen are underway, work is slow because everyone is asleep in their new bedrooms, as the last one was just recently finished.
The wagon is almost unpacked now, just a few more barrels and the other axe and it will be ready for deconstruction.
