Mass-Assigning Burrows and Squads

Is there anyway to automatically assign all my dwarves to a burrow?

Also, any way to automatically assign all my idle dwarves to a military squad without guessing at names? 

Does Dwarf Therapist do any of this?

Civilian Burrow allows you to assign all non-military dwarves to a burrow.

Splinterz version of Dwarf Therapist allows you to assign dwarves to squads.

I just give dwarves nicknames, and assign them manually from the list.

I don't know about barrow nor therapist, but you can assign to squads without guessing, on top of screen, it should say if the dwarf's already in another squad ( I recall it being on the top, I know I saw it tell me which squad the dwarf's already in, even if it don't stop me from reassigning them )

Though I don't know how you'd figure out which of them are idle, unless you nickname them or just draft peasants and have even the hauler do pumping for a while.
