Adrian shrugs and sits down, figuring she'll get him when he's needed. He stares into the endless white of the snow-capped forests, just thinking.

Once she's made a good few of the laser cannons, Camille goes about mounting them to the Lazarus's turrets. Not exactly an exciting activity, unfortunately.

Adrian fails to notice, but one of his patrolling drones does, halting its circling to close in on Camille, beeping occasionally.

[Twi]

Camille grins and gently grabs at the drone.
"Why, helloooooooooooo, drone!~"

She smiles, saying it like one might say 'Hello, nurse!'.

"Like my cannons? They've got the same sorrrt of stuff that my smallerrr laserrr rrrifle has, but morrre of it. Therrre's an electrrrifying one....and an oxidizing one, betterrr known as burrrrning... And one that generrrates frrractal enerrrgy burrrsts on impact. In otherrrr worrrds, it's a frragmentation laserrr with hilarrrious blast patterrrns. Not parrrticularrrrly powerrrful blasts, but still. FRRRAGMENTATION. LASERRR. So coooool~"

Camille seems a little in love with her cannons.

She drifts up and whispers to Adrian.

If she starts... Pleasing herself with a laser gun, we need to keep the children away from her.

"...Did I hearrr something?"

Camille looks around like a paranoid person.

".. Could have sworrrn I hearrrd someone say something about rrradishes forrr some rrreason."

[Spinal_Taper]

A disorted, staticy voice comes from the drone.
"You're putting those cannons up?"

Adrian turns and looks at his visitor.
"That's not a pleasent thought. I completely agree, however."

[Twi]

"The mountings arrre therrre, no rrreason not to use em."

Camille shrugs.

"Hey, while you'rrre herrre. Should I put in a steam-powerrred Gatling gun or a multiple launch rrrocket system? ...prrrobably also steam-powerrred to an extent, but that's besides the point.  The steam boilerrr's got plenty of extrrra prrresurrre to burrrn without steam cannons to powerrr, and since I'm alrrready trrrying to use alterrrnate, less worrrk-intensive sourrrces of electrrricity.."

[Spinal_Taper]

"Gatling gun. We're trying to defend an area, not blow it to pieces."
Adrian sits back down, his eyes scanning the forest with a restless efficiency.

[Twi]

"Alrrrighty then."

Camille finishes mounting the laser turrets (seven of them, probably) and then goes back inside to design the aforementioned steam-powered Gatling gun.

James butchers the wolf, as he's doing so, he stares absentmindedly at one of the flags.
When he's finished with the wolf, he heads back inside. "Nice flags, Camille."

Forge has changed to Adrian. Why is Adrian cyberpunk?

Camille smiles and nods at James.

Allie wakes up after suddenly falling asleep again.

Bartholomew wakes up and slowly opens his eyes to the...new day? He isn't quite sure about when the days come and go from the moment he arrived in this world.

"Hrrmm." And to make matters worse, the cold weather isn't collaborating with his routine, so...The medic sighs and stands up, checking on Ke before stretching and taking off his vest and shirt and starting to exercise inside the small room he chose as his quarters.
