Allie runs to the hive and retrieves some bugscreens from the previous construction project. How she fits them down her throat is a mystery. But it's pretty obvious that something is in her.

"Say. Why does Camille keep calling you 'revolver boy?'"

"Well, I suppose at the moment a certain part isn't exactly accurate... Anyways, the thing is, I like revolvers. I think they're neat."

[Twi]

"Heh. Alright then."

Camille appears to have drawn up designs for what looks like an eight-wheeled armored van (much like certain IFVs of late~), with a massive electric motor powering the drive, solar panels, enormous run-flat tires (like semi-truck tires but up even more notches in strength), lots of storage, and...

She presses a button, and the design seems to expand, deploying both side-sections and a rear to bring its total size to about that of an RV or two. The extra sections do seem to be mostly sleeping quarters, too.

"Looking to hit the road, so to speak?"

^{"Preparing for the possibility, certainly. Assuming I could ever build it."}

Camille shrugs.

^{"Although it can fit quite a few people. Probably not quiiite everyone here, but that's what backup vehicles are for."}

"Heh. Alright then."

Jamie shrugs.
"Personally, I'd have thought it'd be self explanatory."

"It's a more complete bond. For all intents and purposes, she would be part of me entirely. Two minds, like before... But... Her fluid nature wouldn't be hindering, as you can see."

Bartholomew finishes washing his shirt, sits on the ground and starts to sew it with material from his backpack.

Yes, but what about sensory experience? ...What if I kissed you, for example? I'd prefer to keep that kind of contact to people that have feelings for me, and wouldn't Diaena be kissed as well in a way, but at the same time be a third party without any feelings for me?

Allie runs back and installs the screens. Now she goes back to the hardware store.

She chuckles.


"That would be true. Hence why I'm more... Reluctant to accept such a bond."
