She grins wider.

"It is amazing. Its as if our abilities were completely combined. I can shift like she could, but it's all metal, like I had. I'll miss her when she has to detach herself."

She picks up her little sculpture-setpiece-thing and presents it to Sona.

^{"This is forrr you. I think."}

Sona was distracted by Bryan, at least until Camille gives her the sculpture.
"Aww. Thanks dearie. When'd you make it?"

^{"...Just now, in my sleep, apparrrrently."}

She scratches her head, looking rather sheepish.

Allie's setting up the outer walls. A raindrop falls on her head.

"This night keeps on getting more and more ridiculous."

She grins wider.

Bartholomew gets to the brook and starts to wash his shirt in the clear water.

She needs a host, and if instead of causing you trouble she brings you benefits, I don't see a reason you would need her out of you.

Kwyk wanders over to Allie's construction project.

"Is it just me, or are you taller or something?"

It's looking less like a shed and more like an elevated shack.

"I'm taller. Eight feet. And wings now."
Allie pulls the flashlight from her stomach and sets it on the table.

She rolls her shoulders.


"At the same time, would you really consent to her forming the same bond the little one used to have? For us to share a body entirely?"

Camille forces the sculpture into Sona's possession and goes back to designing and drawing. Awake this time, though.

Allie finishes with the external walls and gets to work on the internal walls.
