Marie leads Pinwheel towards Lazarus, humming a tune along the way.

Pinwheel and Ariana follow, Ariana giving Pinwheel a cautious look as they go.

[Twi]

Marie holds Pinwheel's hand, partly to reassure Ariana and partly because she likes holding hands.

For a moment Marie'll have a bit of difficulty, as Pinwheel doesn't currently have a free hand. Or claw as the case may be.
It slips one of its lanterns into its robes, somehow, then takes Marie's hand.
This... doesn't really alleviate Ariana's concerns for some reason.

[Twi]

Marie frowns at Ariana and illusions up a question across her eyes.

What's the matter? Are you afraid of him? Or it?

Ariana pauses, then tries to do the same thing as Marie. Which takes a moment or two.
Not really. I mainly just don't trust it.

[Twi]

Well, I did save it from said Gravelord. I doubt it'll turn on me anytime soon.

Possibly, but who knows? It could just as easily be trying to trick you. I'm not saying that it's definitely evil. Just don't let your guard down, it is a necromancer, mind you. Just because it was in a situation where it was a lesser evil doesn't mean that it's instantly good.

[Twi]

Heh, fair enough. And I just felt bad for it, that's all. The obvious choice would have been to kill it. If you were in charge, that is.

To be honest, I may have reacted a bit too presumptuously there. I suppose you could be right and it's got no ulterior motives... Heh, it's rather difficult to read someone that lacks an actual face.

Indeed it is.

On the other hand, it did try to kill you.

The Lazarus is spotted.

"Ah, here we are. "

Pinwheel glides upwards, examining the Lazarus closely.
Ariana watches it silently.
