Tara grows an impressive pair of ram's horns. Surprisingly, not much else happens.

"Huh. Usually it's two different things, for some reason. Like, I got a little bigger and my skin turned black.

Then again, it's from Xen'drik, and like anything else from Xen'drik, it doesn't do what you want it to do...

...yeah, that pretty much explains everything anyways. "

"Yes, in a manner of speaking... I'm feeling um, hungry... Which is a bit odd for me."
Ariana hears the music and follows it curiously. "Hello everyone..."
Upon noticing Sapphira and Tara's changes she raises an eyebrow but says nothing.

Andre's self control shouldn't have lasted this long, strong or not.

Sapphira waves at Ariana, her other hand holding yet another glass.

Isabella picks up Andre by the collar and looks him over.

"You don't look any different..."

"Do you have to pick him up?"

"...Yesss. "

Kyrad appears next to Tara and Sapphira, looking smug.
"See, child? I warned you. I'm not going to try and reverse it early. Consider it my stupidity tax."
"I don't know, from what it seems, it's supposed to do this sort of strangeness. I wonder what it is that makes this do what it does... Do you know if it's a bit of Alteration magic?"

"I certainly feel different. It's been a long time since I felt hunger."
"Well then..." Ariana shrugs and walks over.

"You might find those horns useful, actually.

...and yes, it's definitely magic. Xen'drik is positively soaking in ancient and chaotic magics. Mountains turn to jungles turn to plains of glass .... It's... an exciting place, one might say.

The coastline isn't as bad, but it's still enough for things like that sometimes."

Isabella shakes Andre around (by the collar!) a little.

"Then don't eat. If I remember correctly, it ssshould be impossssible for you to need food, no? Therefore, eating food will either make sssomething bad happen or do nothing sssspecial. "

Andre needs to eat, not for himself, but for someone else.

"Indeed. I've been keeping from eating. There doesn't seem to be an actual physical need, at least not for me. It's just mental... And it is really beginning to get a bit grating..."
"So, should I even bother asking what happened to you two?"

Isabella smiles.
"I'll jusssst hit you on the head, then. Either you sssnap out or you knock out. Either way, it worksss."

"...Wait, what. "

"Stormreach wine. Want some, Ariana?"

The hunger will help Andre in any way to keep him from being incapable of eating. Resisting plot devices is not beneficial.

"That... uh, sounds painful."
Ariana shrugs. "I guess so, since I don't have anything else to do." She holds out her hand for a glass.

((Hear hear! ))
Isabella just does that. Oh dear.

Andre doesn't quite get knocked out, but he does look a bit dazed. "Ow. So as it turns out, I was right."
Ariana takes a sip of the wine.

Isabella hits him harder.

Ariana (somewhat gradually) becomes fluffy and wooly like a sheep. Her head is largely unaffected, though.
Sapphira smiles at that.
