Ugh. I usually like talking about this language to people. I find someone who will actually listen and I get bored.

The pinkish metal seems to be a replacement for wiring in these mecha.

More mechanicing and science from Camille, then. After all, gotta fix it.

The metal doesn't correspond to any known wiring tool Camille may have, considering it's more like mercury than copper.

If she has a Geiger counter, it should be reading at least 10 counts per minute.

That she does.

She decides to put that away and look for something else she can fix up.

Well...she could check the back. That's where both seem to have the most damage.

Well then she does. Of course. She likes to check EVERYTHING.

Ariana leans against the deck's railing, watching the forest. She appears to be deep in thought.

[Twi]

Isabella sighs, looking at the Firebug.

"Well now, I'm-"

She stops suddenly.

"...do you hear that? "

[OREOSOME]

"What? Oh, hey. The voice box is working. Thats good. No, I didn't hear anything."
Mikhail looked around, a few fires appearing in his hands.
"Is there something wrong?"

[Twi]

"...It's nothing. Let's get mo-"

CRASH!

An enormous, somewhat-crude and heavily damaged pod of black metal crashes into the ground near them.  Where did it even come from? Unsurprisingly, Isabella is freaked out and jumps away.

"The hell?!?"


And then it splits open, revealing....

Some sort of four-legged machine that resembles a giant elephant, but is bristling with weapons: a huge cannon on its back, blades on its feet, some sort of weapon in it's 'trunk'... It is also painted black, though it does have menacing glowing eyes.

And it nearly incinerates Isabella with a laser- she barely manages to avoid it.. So THAT's what's in the trunk.

"Well, looks like it's your time to shine, newcomer! I just need a second to..."

She runs behind Mikhail and promptly gets encased in the iron cocoon thing that she does when turning from little-draconic-girl into metal dragon of doom.

[SomeStupidGuy]

Ariana runs her hands through her hair and murmurs something quietly to herself.

[OREOSOME]

Mikhail takes cover, and begins lobbing fireballs at the mechaphant.
"Really? An elephant shaped War-Armature? Ugh... Whoever made that really needs to be shot.  Well, Allow me to show you what I can do."

[Twi]

In less exciting news, Ariana is joined by Orichalcum.

Meanwhile...

The mechaphant is hit by the fireballs and seems angered.
((How hot are they, qualitatively? o3o))
It turns the cannon on its back towards Mikhail's cover and promptly blows it away with an impressive explosion. Then it charges at him!

...just as Isabella finally transforms into eight feet of full metal death, announcing herself with a battle roar.

"Alright! Let'sss break ssssome gearsss, ssshall we?"

She summons up her sword and charges the elephant, aiming for its legs.
