Marie is distracted by thought, and doesn't notice. Sapphira isn't quite observant enough until a growling Arachna informs her.

"...Those corpses. They're shaking. "

Marie turns towards them and takes out her longsword, sighing.

"I told you they weren't ordinary corpses. Now are they less or more or just postmortem reflex?"

A Shadow pops out from the pile!

It seems different from the other Shadow blobs...

"Shadow zombies now?"

Marie walks over and pokes at the Shadow. By hand, not with the sword.

Sapphira keeps her distance and reaches for her blade.

[OREOSOME]

Jacke grips the machete in both hands, and Edges closer to the Shadow.

It's Marie's pet Shadow!

Its eyes glow gold, and it makes a chirping sound.

[Twi]

"Oh hi there!"

Marie hugs it!

Sapphira blinks. "...what."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

It makes a happy chirping noise.

Gaston smiles.

Richard sighs and goes back to his room to sleep.

"Well... What now... If thats the source of the energy or whatever it was... well, how should we proceed?"

"I zink she also detected Personas.

Is zat correct?"

[Twi]

Marie hugs it some more, then raises an eyebrow.

"I'm happy to see you too, but if you killed these people I'm going to be very displeased, you know~

And yes. Personas and Shadows."

[OREOSOME]

"And THAT is where my expertise ends. I have no clue how to really solve crimes like this when it comes to magic."
He keeps the machete out.

It shakes its head, and nuzzles Marie.

"What now? We have Personas, Shadows, and the only person who we know uses them can't have done this."

[Twi]

"Persons. Maria uses them as well, or something like them. But she's much too far away."

Marie sighs and hugs the Shadow again.

"It's Noxus. Calling it now. "

"Well then. Haven't those shadow things attacked before? Is there any reason this couldn't have been them?"
Nathan walks to the crime scene.

"I doubt it. He doesn't have the ability to use Persona, otherwise he wouldn't have tried take Richard.

And zis place would be more trashed if it was those Shadow things, and we'd be cleaning up our own bodies as well."

Le gasp. It seems that we may well have an unknown suspect!
