Ori has assembled her support pillar and is now writing runes over its sides. When she's done, the entire thing drys out and fuses together, so it won't become full of water and crack apart when it freezes.

Richard is conveniently outside the ship.

Gaston is wearing headphones.

"MURDER ON THE LAZARUS! THE CATS WERE KILLED!"

Jacke, hearing the shouting, took out his machete, and decided to investigate.
"A murder, eh? I need details. What did the wounds look like? Signs of a struggle?"
He turns to the squirt in his backpack.
"And this, Kili, is where 4 years of Graver training come in handy."

"All the uplifted cats. Dead.

Looked like sudden strangulation, although there was no sign of forced entry and no struggle.

I just walked into them all dead, clutching their throats, copper."

He walked into the room with all the dead cats, and began inspecting it.
"Hmm... No struggle, no forced entry. All of them clutching their throats... Maybe the room was airtight, and they choked? No, thats not likely. Persuasion, possibly? Something convinced them to choke themselves? If thats it, we may have a bigger problem on our hands than just some dead cat people. Looks like we need some more clues. We need leads people! Don't, touch, anything, though."

"They were training, and Gaston was last near the room. He doesn't have the ability to hypnotise or to persuade things to kill themselves. He's pretty much an average swordmage.

Gaston was last here several hours ago, and they look like they just died half an hour ago.

Sorry. I just have a lot of experience with dragging dead bodies. Don't ask."

Sapphira wakes up.

"...I feel weird. Like something happened."

She starts wandering around in a half-asleep daze.

Ori is pretty much done reinforcing the dock.

Ariana sighs and goes off to see what Alith's yelling about. "What is it you were saying Alith?"
She looks into the room. "Ah... Well then."
She walks over and examines the cats' bodies, notably not actually touching them.
Nathan continues to laze about in the rec room.
Presumably, Andre makes it back to the Lazarus at some point.

Marie makes it back along with Andre, still in her new form and still convinced it is the best thing since beds.

Jacke continues investigating the corpses, and the room itself. If theres some other clues, he might just be able to find them.

Nathan yawns. "Bored."
He gets up, leaves the rec room and looks around for something entertaining.
As she looks around, Ariana notices Jacke. Since it would kinda be hard not to, given that they're doing the same thing.
"Ah. Hello, Jacke. Hm, did you find anything notable?"

Marie grins and rests her machine-gun-thing on her shoulder.

"Isn't it? Some characters out there are just that awesome~ "
