Andre does a quick healing and gets back to hacking at its legs, making sure to dodge kicks instead of foolishly trying to block them.

[Twi]

The beast kicks at Andre again, a bit more weakly this time. Unsurprising, given it's starting to bleed out.

Marie continues to fill it with bullets. She gets grazed by one of its fireblasts, though. While scorched, she seems relatively okay.

Andre sidesteps the kick and makes another slash at the leg as he passes it.

The combination of Andre's slashes and Marie's bullets finally brings it down with a final roar!

...unfortunately, Andre happens to be standing under it. Uh oh. That could hurt. A lot. If he doesn't get the hell out of the way.

Andre dashes out from under the corpse, but just barely gets caught under it. He seems to be mostly okay though, since he just kinda knocks it off of him.
One might notice that a small golden medal appeared around his neck at some point in the battle.

Andre's pretty strong, then. You could put a two-story house on this things back.

Still, I'm not questioning it.

Marie walks over to Andre.

"Well, that was fun. I like this form. Even if I can't do *SPOILERS*, that's still fine. I look awesome and have a machine gun even larger than my bust! "

SOMEONE'S feeling narcissistic today, evidently.  And yes, she said *SPOILERS*, asterisks and all. Then she notices the medal.

"...You got an achievement? I am impressed. "

((It's more the armor being really strong than him being strong.
Though, the undead are kinda absurdly strong.))
"Mm? Oh." He looks at the medal, which upon closer examination is emblazoned with the image of a sun. "Heh. I suppose I did."

[Twi]

Marie grins.

"Lucky you."

She finds a place to put her machine gun away.

"Now let's go back. I have to show off how badass I look. "

Andre chuckles. "Indeed. Let's get going."
He begins heading back, looking the medal over as he walks.

[Twi]

Marie follows Andre, thinking about...outfits or something along the way.

Andre smiles and puts the medal in his pack. He briefly glances over at Marie.

[Twi]

Marie is just walking along, straightening up her uniform a bit.

Richard is taking a short jog around the Lazarus.

Gaston is bored, so he's mucking around with Richard's laptop.

Within seconds he is enamoured with cat videos.

He's in the rec room.

Alith is standing in a room, shocked.

All of them. Dead.

((Presuming Cassandra and JC aren't returning. Probably not.))

Andre continues walking.
