Ori blinks a couple of times, but then nods.

And then she notices Sapphira.

"Hey, why are you staring at me like that?"

"You don't look like any warforged I've seen..."

"I don't think I'm a warforged, whatever that means. I'm just a statue."

((Back in England! Our Let's Play of Legend of Potland : Shadows of Ourselves may continue.))

The party walk into the next building. It is much bigger. And there seems to be normal Shadows crawling all over it.

Andre stares at the shadows making sure they don't come much closer.
Ariana walks over to Arnkeni. "So, what brings you here? Just checking on us?"

[Twi]

Seeing as Marie is still Terra, she decides to see if the mind worms can deal with these through OMNOMNOM as well.

The Shadows ignore the party. They also ignore the mind worms, and it will take years for the worms to eat the Shadows.

((Last time sort of was an exception, seeing as Camille accepted her Shadow.))

"I brought this guy to examine the engineering of the ship."
Viklund's currently looking at the legs of the ship.
"My computer somehow was able to access this addictive site. TvTropes I think. And in Kestvoshorik as well! Anyways, using it, I believe I have enough of an understanding of Christmas to give Allie a gift."

Marie shrugs and brings them back.

"We might be able to do this the sneaky way, actually."

"...With ourrrr parrrty? Good luck. "

"It was only a suggestion. "

Sapphira is asking Orichalcum many, many questions. There is much talk of spells, runes, enchantments, and other magobabble.

...and then one of the Shadows approaches Marie. It looks at her curiously.

The Shadow is a small, masked blob, with a pair of hands poking out of it.

It doesn't seem to notice the rest of the party, even the obviously nervous Gaston.

Marie looks curiously back at the Shadow, before a small smile crosses her face.

"Hi there. "

Camille and Maria just watch silently.

It pokes Marie, before leaning onto her leg.

"I zink it zinks zat you're it's kind, Madmoiselle..."

[Twi]

Marie picks up the Shadow and gently hugs it.

Gaston finds a worm nodding at him. It is slightly comical.

Camille is rather curious now. Maria just stands around idly.

The Shadow hugs Marie, before gurgling.

"...we need to find Monsieur Collins. See if he knows if these things hav-"

The team is sent flying to opposite sides of the corridor by a sudden blast of strong wind.

[Twi]

Marie uses some conveniently placed plant life (or wood, for that matter!) to not crash horribly! Or, more accurately, to crash softly. She still holds the Shadow.

Camille, on the other hand, smacks right into the wall, caught by surprise. She seems okay aside from a bit of bruising.

"Ow. "

Maria may or may not be too heavy for the wind! In the event that she is not, however, she nearly smashes into Camille. Fortunately, such an event is narrowly avoided.
