Alith comes back, dragging a large.....mammoth like creature behind him. It seems to be a juvenile.

The melting, armless one tries to attack Andre, but suffers from melting. It dies. The other one waits for Andre to strike.

The panicking Reethoker is easily bisected. Its upper body skewers itself on the blades in the ground, killing it before it bleeds out. The slow-to-react Reethoker jumps at Isabella.

Arnkeni starts reloading again, running behind a random metal table in the street. The captain melts more while shooting at Arnkeni's cover.
"Tiir, Svaank, Stor, vaendz Feilr."

The arrow bounces off of its scales as it impacts the ground next to Ariana. It tries to bite her in the arm.

"..."

"WHY IS NATURE TRYING TO KILL US?!"
She readies her axe.

The small blades disappear, while Isabella tries to impale the Reethoker attacking her, using her sword almost like a spear in this case. Charging calvary or charging insects, what's the difference?

Ariana does some spearing, pointed at the raptor-thing.
Andre sighs then bashes it on the head.

It parries Andre's strike and jabs at Andre's head.

The sword goes right through the Reethoker's lungs. Its sudden stop yanks its swords out of its hands, sending one clashing to the ground next to Isabella and the other bumping into Andre's Reethoker's foot.

Arnkeni fires again, this time hitting with all shots. The captain falls, still trying to kill something with its stolen shotgun.
"Dead."
She runs over to the corpse and picks up the gun.

Captain: Dead, Melted by Arnkeni
R2: Attacking Andre, Distracted
R6: Dead, Skewered by Isabella


The spear bounces off the scales as well.

Allie swings her axe, cutting deep into the raptor's back.
"Huh. Just needed more force."

Isabella temporarily switches from her claymore (which vanishes, letting the Reethoker fall to the ground and probably bleed out messily) to something more like a longsword, albeit scaled up per usual, and stalks towards the remaining Reethoker before striking at them from behind, trying to decapitate them.

Sapphira is most certainly still making coffee. There have been three explosions so far.

Nathan walks over to Sapphira, trying very hard to ignore the signs that this might be a bad idea. "So. How's that coffee coming?"
Ariana enchants her spear and steps back.
Andre chuckles to himself and dodges backwards, swinging his mace at the Reethoker.

"Great!Here,youcanhelp!Grabthatscrewdriveroverthereforme!"

Sapphire is still hyper.

The one remaining Reethoker not only finds its head crushed, but also severed.

Arnkeni walks over to the rest of the group.
"We're gonna havta detour through the nearby orchards. Nobody in their right mind would be using fire-based grenades against enemies immune to fire. I suspect it was a trap. The orchard'll be harder to trap in a way that will suprise us. Also, I've got this shotgun. If anybody wants it, feel free to take it."


The raptor flails about madly, trying to bite anything nearby.

Alith looks on. He happens to be crouching under a table.

"Uh... Sure." He grabs some screwdriver or something and hands it over.
Ariana jabs at the raptor with her, now glowing, spear.
Stupid thing. I was the one who was supposed to do the parrying.

((Screwdriver it is.))

Flandre!Marie raises an eyebrow.

"Yes, but those grenades seemed chemical to me. Not that I got a good look at them. No one used any fire here, did they?

...well, whatever."

Isabella shrugs and goes back to her claymore.

"I prefer my blade, but thank you."

Sapphira grabs the screwdriver and continues working on the growing steampunk-ish machine.

"Exactly, Marie. Chemical. Those are the schematics I distributed, for the most part. Now let's go."
Arnkeni takes a turn at a nearby street while loading her quadruple grenade launcher.
"Four's a good number."


The raptor dies of electric and stabby.
"I'm guessing this one's extinct, too."

Flandre!Marie frowns and continues hovering along with the group.

"Still don't see why you mentioned fire."


Isabella glares at Arnkeni briefly, but follows nonetheless, and takes the shotgun from her anyways, magicicing up a sort of holster to put it in. Sadly, there are no other ghosts to take it at the moment.

Nathan steps back, watching Sapphira do her thing.
Ariana kneels at the corpse, quietly examining it. "It certainly looks like it."
Andre follows along, kicking aside a Reethoker corpse as he goes.
