Richard was playing TF2.

Camille shrugs and just sits next to Richard.

Iris grabs Nathan's wrist and pulls him through with her. She comes out as a royal blue and silver hen.

Richard continues playing TF2.

"So Camille, how've you been?"

[Twi]

"I'm prrretty good."

The bombs blast the section of wall to pieces, but the organic barrier quickly regrows and seems to build plating onto itself, like how a muscle makes itself stronger after exercise tears it. So you just gave the wall a workout. Do you realise how ridiculous those words sound?

[Twi]

The Anarchist frowns.

"Well, it worked...Sort of. Ugh. What am I going to need, poison? I'm not into biological or chemical warfare... always been hacks and explosives."

"A bit of Desolator would do the trick."
The speaker is the man inside the space suit. Unsurprisingly, he seems to be Russian.

"But we do not have access to such materials, comrade. And I've had it. I can't play with tanks or anything around here."
The Anarchist vanishes, and the space-suited man disappears as well, leaving Kogasa!Marie with only embers and a scowl.

"...That was silly. Let's walk in the front door instead. Gimme some time to get the wolves back, or something."

Nathan comes out a plain-looking rooster. He looks a little annoyed, or about as annoyed as a rooster can look.
Yeah, we shouldn't have too hard of a time getting through there.

After another minute or so, Kogasa!Marie gets her wolves. A careful observer will note the addition of some sort of light fire-resistant armor. A particularly sharp-eyed viewer may notice that their jaws seem sharper, presumably to better pierce through the Reethokern's armor.

"Alright. Let's do this!"

Cue operation: walk through the front door.

Allie wakes up in her mind. She's in some room in an apartment building. The room is mostly devoid of furniture. It's nighttime and there are two moons, red and cyan.

Nicole and Ariana have yet to wake.


The entrances to the fortress being many meters above the ground might present a problem.

But for most of this party, it doesn't, because Kogasa!Marie and the Embers can float. And once Marie gets up there, she just recalls the wolves up to her, assuming they didn't simply dig their claws in and climb up. There's still Andre, though.

And it's raining. Allie realizes that she's lying on the floor.


And then there's the porticullis. Which looks to be on fire. And the fortress seems to have burrowed into the stone, which, as you might remember, Lucas had a hard time dealing with. Very dense and hard.

Obstacles remain inferior to Kogasa!Marie's incredible not being there skills.

Which is to say, she phases through them and then teleports the ghosts to her again. Sheesh. It's like a free pass to everywhere.

Hm, I'll have to find a different way up. He goes off to search for another entrance.
