Lucas headed to the computer room. Trebuchet was still projecting some of the files. Now, it seems to be looking through the drone-fighter video it reviewed before.
"There must be some sort of connection. Further review is required."
"Wait, what's that thing there, in the background?"

Braug turns to Marie, frustrated look on his face and his mask in his hand.
"I am trying to discuss matters concerning you and the rest of you. The flowerperson does not think you are good for anything, and being bad at speaking Imoixan" (Pronounced Im-oiss-an) "does not help me or you out at all. Of course it has to be the only language the "diplomat" speaks."

He goes back to arguing in with the Iloial.
"Xeer qal io qelisc jarxz feeloqe ohn resothep shel xol icslooxeh zeer?!" (Pronounced "Seyr kall ee-oh ke-lisk yarsz fey-loke ohn re-so-thep shell soul iks-loos-eh zeyr?!")
"Xolq musteer qun qal telos xol nen jarxz nen looxeh qternxerep." ("Solk moo-steyr koon kall tell-os soul nen yarsz nen loo-seh ktern-ser-ep. Your mother must not have told you not to trust strangers.")

Allie continues sleeping on the floor. Nicole is doing the same, except in a pile of boxes.

Kogasa!Marie replies by twirling her umbrella around and letting it lick the Iloial. What exactly is an Iloial, anyways?

"I saved Nicole over there, you know.  Ask her. And if you still think I'm useless, consider that I can move through walls. And floors and ceilings and bars and people and everything. And do we need a translator here?"

She miiiight be able to make herself universally understood since...well, fear is uni-lingual, isn't it?. Failing that, there's a (decent) translator right there.

"I think he meant along the lines of "not trustworthy", as opposed to useless. But I'm okay with the language."
She turns to the Iloial. ((A plant person. This one's a female. She has purple... skin? and green petals (hair). They're relatively small, compared to humans.))

"Xi Rithoqer atqur reex." She shows her the burns that are on her arms and legs.

"That's not surprising.

But regardless, if I'm not trustworthy... Well, what the heck could you possibly do about it, anyways?"

She chuckles.
