Kogasa!Marie continues her search.

((And Nicole told the othes to stay behind.))
"Oh. You left."


"Nemo, go back to the elvator. There will likely be something waiting for the group, why else would the elevator inconveniently stop working? They'll need you much more than me."

That's pretty much all of them. Guardians, as it turns out, are kinda frail and not too smart.

Nemo nods, and walks back.

"I smell a boss fight coming."

((Marie is also in the vents, but she's got better night sight and less combat value. ))

Marie is still silently exploring the vents.

Camille sighs and looks to see if there is other stuff approaching.

Nicole climbs down a ladder.
"I think I hear the room."


Allie starts quietly singing.

[Twi]

Kogasa!Marie floats down with Nicole, nodding to herself.

"Want me to go in first, just in case?"

Their suspicions are proven correct, when a much larger guardian drops down onto the Lazarus. It quickly moves to attack Richard, with its wrist blades.
James switches to his eridian rifle, backing up as it warms up.

[Twi]

Camille tries something else: She grabs her rifle and shoots the Big Guardian with ze cryobeam!

And then she runs behind cover, of course.

Richard dashes away, using Ixion to shield himself.

"I'll go first."

Nicole finds that the bars to the maintenance room are up.
"Let's see..."
Nicole squeezes through the bars. Looking into the room, she sees two tall Reethokern, but not the size of the tank fought earlier. They both wear similar armor to the tank and weild a rifle.
Nicole firmly grasps her hammer and sighs.

[SomeStupidGuy]

Its shield is weakened a bit, but it recharges quickly. It turns to fire electricity at Camille instead.

"Hell no."

Ixion moves to blast it with more, while Richard moves in front of Camille to take the hit.

He can take it; Ixion's affinity allows him to resist electricity.

[Twi]

Kogasa!Marie is hidden next to Nicole. She whispers.

"_{If you tell me what kind of illusion to make I can probably get them to be a little more...helpful.}"

Camille lets Ixion take the hit, then returns fire! Or ice, in this case.
