The laser turrets are quite hardy, and continue firing.
In addition, they have an expanded lense system like the one on Camille's rifle but with MORE selections, as evidenced  when they switch to lightning gun mode, though Camille seems to have done that manually via a considerable amount of wrestling with a computer interface.  As for her own turret, she switches it to yet another mode which...apparently creates a considerable low-pressure zone or even vacuum at the impact site. Cue Guardians being thrown about like ragdolls, ideally.

"Don't you have some sort of electricity blast option on that?"

The electricity quickly eliminates the artillery squad. The melee guardians continue attacking the Lazarus, ignoring their losses.
A smaller group of eridians rises out of the forest, out of range of the cannons and begin firing laser beams at Richard, Camille and James.
James reloads the rifle and resumes firing.

The elevator comes to a stop, but not at the destination it needs to be at.
"The doors aren't opening."
"The elevator isn't working."
The cieling light dies out.

Ixion resists the bursts, as Richard moves Ixion forwards to zap the newcomers.

Camille presses a few buttons and the electricity turrets  switch to launching Guardians through the air using both the push-beam and vacuum-beam settings, sending them away from the Lazarus. It's quite humorous to watch. She joins in said activity as well, still protected by her turret.

"Ship's made of steel. Steel conducts. Theorrrretically, nothing SHOULD go wrrrrong, but one can't be too carrreful."

Kogasa!Marie frowns and sinks into the floor, looking down through the elevator shaft.

"I resist electricity. Yay for multiple Personas and elemental resistances!"

It's dark down the elevator shaft.

"Fuck. I hate the dark."
"I think there's a vent here. The bars have been left open."

"These clothes sorrrrt of prrrotect against shocks, but they'rrrre not that good at it."

Kogasa!Marie investigates the vent and tries to see where it leads.

It being dark never changed. The vents are dark.

Nicole pulls the cover off.
"I can see a bit in the dark. I'm going first. Rest of you, I would prefer you stay here."
She climbs in.

Marie, of course, has far better 'night vision' than a human. She is a nightmare, after all.

So she follows silently after Nicole.

Nemo follows. He has slightly better night vision; being a denizen of the sea, it helps to be able to see in the dark.

"These vents are tall enough to walk in. I just hope that the maintenance room is empty and the bars are unlocked. Time to wander."


"I hope Nicole gets done quick."

Kogasa!Marie walks ahead of Nicole, exploring the vents and searching for such a maintenance room.
