Kwyk snorts at Marcus, before wandering off.

[Twi]

Camille smiles back.

"Thank you. So, what's up?"

[SomeStupidGuy]

"Just relaxing and enjoying the weather."

[Twi]

"Speaking of rrrelaxing, I haven't talked to Davi in a while!"

Camille boots up that connection and...

"Hey, hey, hey! Camilllleee! I found some friends! Oh, and a town too. Hey guys, come over here! Camille's on the line!"

The video feed shows Davi's grinning face on the background of what looks like the mildly gutted inside of an airliner, of all things.  She quickly gets out of the way, and two others take her place: a (bemused) tall, anthromorphized dragon-type character, red-scaled and dressed remarkably like a pirate, complete with four oversized revolvers; and a woman who somewhat resembles the Norse goddess Hel: one half normal, the other half apparently a corpse. She's also dressed in a rather odd red hoodie with a grinning face and odd eyes put on it.

"Hey, hey! The dragon's Isabella, gunsmith and sailor extraordinare. The scary one's Marie. Not to be confused with Maria, of course."

"Have I seen you before, Marrrrie?"

"In your dreams, perhaps."

'Marie' smirks.

((Yes, she's wearing the Matryoshka hoodie. There is a reason for this. ))

James watches the screen and briefly considers commenting on the guns, but realizes that he'd rather not reinforce Camille's nickname for him.

[Twi]

"Hello, Lady Leblanc. As milady Davina said, I am Isabella."

The dragon bows gently.

Camille chuckles.

"And I'm Marie Hel~ I'm your worst nightmare!"
Marie laughs evilly.

"Oh dearrrr."

[SomeStupidGuy]

James waves awkwardly at the screen.
"Hiya."

[Twi]

"Hello, good sir. What is your name?"

"Hello~"
Marie leans in unsettlingly close to the screen (and her disturbing appearance doesn't help a bit), grinning playfully.

[SomeStupidGuy]

"James Reyes, glad to meet both of you."
He lightly tips his helmet forwards, in an attempt at a gentlemanly gesture.

[Twi]

"A pleasure to meet you, Sir James."

"Hiya, Jamesycat! I'm gonna scare you!"

Unlike a certain umbrella, Marie has a moderately practical way to do this, namely:

Projecting herself out of the screen on Camille's laptop and grabbing him. ...Unfortunately, as Camille proves by poking said projection particularly hard, it's not much more than an illusion. Said 'projection' promptly disappears. The real Marie pouts.

"Aww, why'd you do that?"

"You werrre in the way."

"Since when could you do that, Marie?"

"I dunno, I just did it."

James seems to find the idea of someone calling him sir slightly amusing, on the other hand, he doesn't really have much of a reaction to Marie's illusion.
"Neat."
Marcus has just been spending his time flying around in the general vicinity of the ship.

[Twi]

Marie stares at James angrily.

Isabella coughs loudly.

"Ahem."

"...Soo, what's with the backgrrrround? Looks like you'rrrre in an airlinerrr."

"Oh, that! Well, yes, actually, we are. This place was evidently some kind of...plane scrapyard before it got here. And there are about 100 people here or so. Nice place, all things considered."

[SomeStupidGuy]

James gives Marie a sympathetic look. "Sorry, I don't really get all that scared."

[Vorthon]

Kwyk wanders along, and stares at the screen.

"Hmm."

[Twi]

"Aww."
Kwyk comes face to face with Ms. Split Down the Middle- that is to say, Marie. Or screen to screen, at least.

"Ooooh, kitty-"

The voice suddenly shifts to above Kwyk, and she feels a weight on her shoulders. Marie is getting better at this, now apparently on top of Kwyk.
