She watches innocently, although she is pretending to sleep. Having no eyelids is pretty handy.

Alith returns from hunting, with a load of kittens plastered to his face. Again.

Bartholomew keeps training diligently, sparing glances at Ke from time to time to check if she's already awake, which is made very hard due to her lack of eyelids. He supposes her apparently prolonged sleep may be due to the cold; snakes do not seem to enjoy cold weathers.

After an intense session of his routine, Barth sits near the bunk with his face still showing signs of disappointment for the temporary loss of "his" brook. He'll probably try to get a bucket and melt the snow into water to get his usual baths going... The young medic brushes his fingers over Ke's cheek, watching her sleep. "Ke, are you awake?"

Richard sneaks out.

He goes into the woods, and a quiet muttering of 'Persona' and the sound of breaking glass can be heard.

"Let's see about that training."

[Twi]

Camille is working on some serious plumbing, presumably for the aforementioned steam-powered Gatlings.

Maria is near the woods, and sighs.

"I could have sworn I heard something..."

Richard goes in search of some Shadows, and finds some.

Three floating dice.

"Ok.."

Ixion strikes then with lightning.

They reel, but aren't too weakened.

They retaliate by hurling fire at Ixion.

Richard winces, but prepares to retaliate.

Bryan drags himself out the medbay, grumbling.

More lightning flashes.

Blasts of fire and wind.

Alith looks to the woods, after getting the kittens off his face.

"The hell is going on?"

"Hey. Alith. Come with me and let's find out."

[Vorthon]

Bryan is now wandering around the ship, looking for the engine/boiler/whatever room.

"Gotta get on the road."

Alith nods.

"Indeed."

One dice is downed.

Richard has switched to Galahad and is battering at the other two.

One is downed and Galahad rushes at it to take it down.

Lucas heads outside, and takes a look at some bits of wreckage, nearby the hive. He picks up a bit of a bronzelike alloy.
"Hmm... Tanarium. Should be heat resistant, maybe good for energy based cannons. Wait. Oh frak."
He runs away, back to the ship, and readies his weapon. Several whooping howls can be heard.

[Vorthon]

Kwyk grins upon hearing the howls, and rushes out of the walker, claws at the ready.

((...she wasn't going to be, but I am reconsidering.))

Bryan can find it easily enough. Now there's just the matter of doing all the engineer-y stuff. And shoveling coal. Lots of shoveling coal.

"Sounds like our problem is coming to us."
She prepares her book.

Bryan frowns, and tries to build something to make shoveling coal easier. He, of course, fails miserably, and just makes a mess. Resulting in a loud crash.
