[Twi]

"Trrue enough... Wherrre's Krrrieg, damn it?"
Camille frowns.

Krieg stares at the warrior cats who are practicing, and apparently did not notice her at all.

"You know what, screw this, you're clearly not listening."

She resorts to picking one of the two who are shouting instructions and dragging them off.

"Why do I have to do these things?"

[Cassandra]

The one being dragged frowns.

"We had one sent. Why are you dragging me away from drills?"

[Twi]

"Because Camille said so. Which probably means whoever you sent wasn't enough. Now will you just come along or will I have to keep dragging you?"

Krieg shakes her head in dismay.

"And that goes for the rest of you, too! If Captain Leblanc says the drills can wait, then by God in heaven the drills can wait!"

She gets back to dragging, looking quite disgruntled.

[Cassandra]

The kitten growls, but follows along.

"The drills cannot entirely wait. They need to form the muscles their bodies require. Unfortunently, one of the Torikan was telling stories. Adaptation was required for them to survive."

[Spinal_Taper]

"This? Your concept of training? Flawed."
Adrian steps forward.
"Now. You've got a good concept, but your execution is flawed. You aren't training your entire bodies."

[Cassandra]

The remaining Lieutenant tilts her head.

"Yes, sir? This one has been instructed to treat you as a Commander in rank."

[Twi]

"Bryan, I think. And this one will just have to do a bit more brain exercising, I imagine."


Krieg gets to where Camille (and James and Allie) are. She promptly drops the kitten.

"I could only get this one. Apparently that drilling is in fact important physically."

Camille turns to the cat in mild disbelief.

"Good enough. Now then, as forrr you....

Carrre to explain why the firrrst thing you ask forrr is battle rrrrifles? I don't carrre what Diaena might have taught you as farrr as the usage of such things goes, but you do not starrrt with automatic weapons!"

Camille pulls out her own pistol.

"You starrrt with handguns- and much morrre rrreasonable ones than this, at that. And THEN you can worrrrk yourrr way up to morrre powerrrful and dangerrrous things. I am NOT budging an INCH on this."

[Spinal_Taper]

"Now. Your equipment is not advanced enough. While training on the job is always the most effective, we must settle for something less. Follow me outside. I'll need your help in creating training equipment for your people."
He begins walking outside.

[Cassandra]

"We did not ask for the rifles to train with. We were instructed to ask you to make them, so that all ten would be ready when we were. You are known for science, and odd projects. We did not expect immediate construction, or even them to be prepared soon."
The lieutenant follows, signalling for the eight to drop their weapons and follow as wel.

[Twi]

Maria is wandering about...

...and notices Adrian.

"Hrm?"

She goes over to that group.

"Oh. Training, eh? Judging by Camille's shouting earlier, she's probably got something to say about this."

She sighs, and follows along.

"Like everything else."

Camille blinks.

"Oh well you could have just said that, geez. That's MUCH betterrr. Now, I just need you to come with me forrr a bit. Consulting purrrposes and such things. The science class can come along too!"

Camille grins and pulls the cat in question along with her to the forge. Krieg scratches her head.

"...hey, she didn't ask for me. I wonder how those others are doing?"

She wanders off as well.

[Cassandra]

"The overseer says that there was corruption in our memories in regard to Military action, so strict discipline is required to keep us from becoming brutes in the future, like the large female Torikan."

[Twi]

Maria laughs a bit.

"So I WAS right to stop Bryan! It was almost certainly his fault that happened. Of course, by the time I got there he was doing perfectly reasonable literature instead... Well, I'll come along with you. Healing and all that."

Allie realizes that she had zoned out.
"Huh?"
Allie follows Camille.

[Spinal_Taper]

Adrian picks his iron block from the ground, holds it aloft, then focuses. Wood chopping axes fall down where they used to be.
"Military is a vague term. And if you ask me, glorified. The most important thing to remember is to always be in control. You lose control of yourself, you lose the battle."
He gestures at the axes.
"Take these. Get some logs. We'll be making a little obstacle course."

[Twi]

Camille goes to the forge and begins asking the warrior kitten all about the kind of stuff they want these rifles to do.  Yay, questions!

Also, the forge is ticking today. And generally looking awesome.

Krieg finds the room again, and discovers the lack of cats.

"Huh."

She looks for them some more...
