"Allow me to explain, then.  Back on earrrth, a lot of people got RRREAALY COLD and tended to frrrreeze to death durrring the winterrrr, obviously. So what they would do is they would save up theirrrr food and feast when they got halfway thrrrrough winterrr. That'd be at the winterrr solstice. They celebrrrated that the worrrst was overrr. Some time laterrrr, along came Chrrristianity, and the earrrly Chrrristians were plagarrrists and adapted the solstice celebrrration into Chrrristmas. Chrrristianity then became the dominant worrrld rrreligion, and the rrrest, as they say, is history."
