Camille escapes the effects of the blast as well.

The Shadow summons three of the Shadows we faced earlier, before intoning.
"I am the Arcana Priestess.

Tremble before me, for I am one of the Arcana, brought to life!"

[Twi]

^{"You look morrrre like a crrross between a stupid Norrrse goddess and an old movie to me!"} Camille taunts, still shooting the Priestess and occasionally switching to Cryo to blast away one of the small masks that gets too close for comfort or just happens to anger her today.

Maria, meanwhile, seems unaware of what the Priestess said and does her best to behead her.

[Vorthon]

Kwykathen snarls, struggling to shake off the effects of the blast.

"I. Will. Not. Be. Controlled!"

[SomeStupidGuy]

James fires at the priestess, not bothering with the minions for the moment.

The Arcana Priestess sends Kwyk sprawling with a blast of ice.

Richard ignores her boast and continues whaling at her with Galahad.

Two of the smaller Shadows fall to Camille's blast.

The remaining Shadow makes circles of light appear under everyone's feet.

[SomeStupidGuy]

James notices the ring and dives out of it, landing rather painfully on the ground.

[Twi]

Maria sidesteps the circle and keeps slashing.

Camille easily runs out of the circle and continues taunting  the priestess while using the same attack pattern.

^{" And I'm surrrre it's a grrreat honorrr to be a living misconception! The Egyptians didn't even have tarrrot carrrds orrrr anything like them! You'rrre nothing but a playing carrrrd! Go back to the carrrd table wherrre you belong!"}

[Vorthon]

Kwyk snarls, struggling to get back up.

[SomeStupidGuy]

"Ooh, sick burn."
He moves into a more comfortable position and resumes shooting.

[IamanElfCollaborator]

Richard is in the circle, and collapses in moderate pain, groaning.

Galahad flickers for a second, but continues slashing.

Maria and Camille both escape the effects of the circle.

James escapes it.

Kwyk is hit, but she only feels a bit of pain compared to Richard.

The Arcana Priestess glares at Camille, before hurling five ice blasts, spread out to stop her dodging, at her.

[Vorthon]

The pain just causes her to struggle harder, and before long, she's on her feet again, charging.

[Twi]

Camille simply flips to hard-light laser beam, blows a couple of the blasts away, and escapes through the opening it provides, then resumes shooting, now taking part in the glorious activity that is circle-strafing.

^{"Herrrre's some advice frrrom one madwoman to anotherrr: Get a betterrr theme! But not clockworrrk and steam, because I claimed that one a long time ago! Unless you think you can do betterrr than a walking battleship!~"}

Maria is  still slaaashing away. Same old, same old. OFF WITH THE PRIESTESS'S HEAD!

[Spinal_Taper]

She hugs Sona from behind, and quite randomly kisses her ear if not stopped. Then she returns to staring at the pots, as if nothing had happened.

"Oh!"
Sona turns around and looks at her.
"Hi, uh, Diaena, are you feeling quite alright?"

The Priestess screams noisily, collapsing in a burst of red mist.

THe remaining Shadow flees into the forest, nowhere to be seen.

Galahad disappears and Richard collapses to his knees, panting.

[Twi]

^{"And STAY at the carrrd table!"}

Camille throws in a few parting shots if she can.

Meanwhile, Maria drops out of robot mode, though she seems a bit slow and tired. She walks over to Richard and starts healing him.
