A flash and a thud happens in the nearby woods.

Camille's ears perk up.

Maria, meanwhile, is witness to Flash! and Thud!

"Huh?"

She goes to investigate...

More thuds. A clawed....thing is sent flying backwards into Maria's direction.

It seems to have frozen to death.

[Twi]

"What I'd give for that flamethrower..."

She rushes back to the hive and picks it up, wondering if she might BURN STUFF.

She also finds Camille and Richard.

"Going to kill something."

((Richard IS in the hive, yes?))

"What's going on.."

Alith is in the bathroom.

^{"I dunno, but let's follow herrr. Don't want herrr to burrrn the forrrest down."}
Camille grabs the laser rifle and follows flamethrower-wielding Maria! Who is slightly slower than usual, but not that much.

Richard gets up and takes his Evoker out, before following them.

Meanwhile...

Blasts of ice are hurled around the forest.

"Alrighty then."
James follows after the others, rifle in hand.

Maria seeks out the source of the blasts.

Camille follows, rifle turned on Cryo to stop any forest fires.

Three black and white floating masks, wearing tiaras and with strange hair like things attached, appear.

James takes a few potshots at the masks.

[Twi]

"Just my luck...Fire will purify your sins."

BURN THE HERETICAL SHADOWS! BURN THEM!

Maria's flamethrower has a good bit more range than a normal flamethrower, although it's not exactly blasting a giant cloud of fire out.

Camille sighs and watches.

They recoil, before hurling blasts of fire back at James.

One is blasted with lightning, as Ixion flashes into existence nearby.

The masks seem to...grow stronger from the fire!

"CRAP!"

[Twi]

"OH COME ON!"

Maria throws the flamethrower away and charges them with her blade.

Camille has an idea and sees about freezing them to death via cryolaser.

James dodges to the side, but gets slightly singed by an wisp of flame.
He reloads and fires another volley of shots.
