A Nerdling Conspiracy
« on: October 27, 2012, 11:48:31 am »

You discover, or found for reasons of your own, a Nerdling conspiracy. It would be run by, operate within, go back too, and be because off... Future scenarios in which this could take place are actively encouraged.

It would be run by me, naturally.

It would operate within Earth, naturally.

It would go back too far, naturally.

It would be because of my desire to turn the entire world's population into a LARP. Naturally.

On that note, in this day and age how easy is it to attain puppet scientists?

Not very. The fools these days pride themselves on integrity. Unless they like money.

We already have Scientology which is anything but science-related, and the name probably trademarked/copyrighted to hell, so it can't be snagged. But what kind of title would be more fitting? Scithalmology, Scientometry, Scitheometry, Scitheology (more suitable replacement for Scientology)?

EDIT:
Scitheatry. Basically, find any profession, and replace the first syllable with Sci-, and there's your list.

SCIENCETology. Bold not included - juuust enough to troll the scientologists but not close enough for copyright.

I got a better idea.

So we got our religion:

It's called "the dogma of science." Or "science" for short.

From there we could divide it into different sects!

Biology, Physics, Chemistry... We could trick the world into believing nothing but science!

(That's how this thing works, trust me, I am science).

It's brilliant! But who would fall for such an obvious scheme...maybe smother it in big words.

The Enormity of compressed dimensions of Space-Time conflagrating through congregation of anomalous compressive forces oppressing spans of dimensional barriers transitioning to a mass in-flux to ex-flux of properties leading to evolutionary processes of gas and dust and particle matter to complexities of systematic and fractal amorphism to structured cellular morphisms spanning from micro- to macrocosmic proportions.
