I think that it will be a lot like now except more extreme - the gap between the haves and the have-nots will be significantly greater, as the Occupy movement will have failed in its goals. Like LW said, Big Bro will be staring down our necks, and free speech will be a thing of the past. On a more positive note, We as humans will have finally started a permanent off-world colony, either on Mars or the Moon.

On an even more positive note, Bronies will be all but forgotten.
