What I'm trying to say is that cost of food in the States is criminally low and I'd rather eat a weeks worth of cheesetacular food on 30 bucks
than live in a place with nice weather.

Here's a worrying statistic: there are roughly 370,000 people living in the evacuation zones in NYC. Only about 3,000 people in the evac shelters.

EDIT: NWS has issued blizzard warnings for elevations above 2000ft near Charlottesville and Staunton, VA. It's a blizzacane!
