I'll make your doubts even worse by saying that if you go with panda, you'll have to answer such important roleplaying questions as "why am I traveling with these mages, again?" and "why am I tolerating these mages' blasphemous tendency to grow omnicidal mutated bean stalks in a lifeless desert?"
If I were you, I'd say no to panda and get the cowgirl while it's not too late.

Not really, I just can't bear kung fu pandas. I have seen way too many people try to milk something original out of that concept, but it's already overdone: the only widely-known violent panda character who doesn't know martial arts is the one from that Egyptian advertisement, and that guy was a bit cheesy from the start.

- Clothing - a white, loose-fitting and long-sleeved shirt to his thighs and is topped by a black vest, with leather pants and boots fitting his lower body;
- Ankh Sigil Brush - An enchanted brush made for drawing sigils without running out of ink, it is well-rounded for any kind of rune-inscribing, but the small drawing of an ankh imbues it with an extra power for healing and life manipulation. Its handle is a mix of bone, stone and metal, with the drawing part being composed of soft bristles;
- Dire Greatsword - A very large sword with a wide and heavy blade, unwieldly for most people except for the ones used to handle it. It can be used to fight offensively - by going all out; normally - by balancing the aspects of combat; and defensively - using the blade as an impromptu shield.
Bio:
Tarkaal, who may or not be a distant relative of someone called Rhedarios, was born as a half-dragon breed with his dragon part being fluffy in a society which seemingly didn't deal well with differences, having his ears constantly harassed aside from being given ribbons, collars and other unmanly and borderline creepy gifts.

The whole ordeal proved mildly stressing, but he still appreciated the people who had done him good, thanking and helping them to the best of his capacities while still avoiding nimble hands and curious people. Life was fairly simple and his martial training seemed

Items: Flowing robes: These dark blue robes seem to give off a small aura of calmness, and if someone concentrates, they can hear a faint trickling of water closeby.
Ice rod: This rod brings around it an aura of cold, along with a faint smell of tin around the wielder.
Bio: Ochita was an apprentice to a water mage some time before, learning the ways of creating water from the moisture in the atmosphere, and how to use it to support other types of magic. His teacher mage was not very amused when he decided to practice ice magic alongside water magic, saying that it was a waste of time, water magic could already do ice effects. Being kciked out, Ochita just left and wandered around in groups, until meeting the current party.
