Nanoha isn't a player character. She's a force of nature.

Also, what about including the Windows-tans as a group of NPCs?

This has given me a thought: What would happen if a group of dwarves walked into ponyville, or a group of ponies walked into a dwarven fortress? Imagine the results.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! BOLTS OF LIGHTNING STRIKE BEHIND FLYING DICE! FELL MOOD!

Seriously, a group of us co-wrote (the first part of) a shockfic with the first concept for the Halloween before last. It was glorious. Here are some of the drawings Sean Mirrsen did for it.

Character:
Name:
Silas Baine

Class:
Messenger of Misfortune

Abilities:
+1 Gentlemanliness
British Accent
Can't Die- The Universe and Death find his pain too funny to let him die.

Worst of Luck - If it's possible, anything that's bad that can happen, will. Bullets will dodge around his allies just to hit him and so on.
I need a smoke- The source of his misfortune.

Oh look, is that a train?- At any given moment, a train can come out of nowhere to hit Silas.
Field of Misfortune- If an enemy really gets on his nerves, he can extend his misfortune onto them.

Inventory:
Ragged nice suit- Was once a fancy suit.
Staff- Exactly what it says on the tin.

Bio:
Silas Baine has always had bad luck. It became even worse, if that was possible, when the Gods of Fortune and Misfortune unwittingly both chose him to be their Messengers. Hilarity ensued.

Sigh, not dwarfy ponies, DWARVES. I mean, think about it, your average fortress has a entrance coated in blood, guts and limbs, with the outside having chunky goblins, elves and humans. The dwarves themselves would be almost worse, coated in mud, blood and vomit. Also, most dwarves not in the military are wearing heavily worn or no clothes. From the point of view of a pony, dwarves would be like a crime against life itself, and would be horrified. The dwarves would just see masterwork pony roasts.

Nice. Masterwork pony roasts, and the skins could make some decent armor.

Didn't we already have at battle at the Dwarven Fortress? With Toady and all that?

You're a couple versions out of date. My dwarfs are fully clothed and are bathed regularly.

HOW??? I mean, I can get them to wear dead goblin cloaks, but bathing? How the hell did you do that? And quite frankly, the outside of one of my forts, at least, would make flutters and rarity have a heart attack from the sheer number of dead animals and rotting well-crafted clothing.

Going to need a pic for this, and if he gets +1 Strength due to being a Cyborg, that can be just another positive attribute.
And about -2 Swords....

EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE A CHARACTER, LISTEN UP CUZ' THIS IS IMPORTANT:

The purpose of negative traits is to balance out positive traits. So if your character is weak in an area, it should be something that will effect them constantly. For example, this character Damien Smith has a -2 to Swords. I recommend that Frostbite edit this, as that is not really a weakness. If Damien is not good with swords, if he simply averts using them, then his negative trait doesn't matter. (Unless -2 Swords mean -2 defending against swords, which is fine as many of the enemies use blades.)

A good use of this type of negative attribute is Cyan Garamonde. He's bad at using all modern/mechanical items, which puts him at a disadvantage since a lot of items become impractical for him.
