i change my bote so that we divide half our supplies between 1 and 3. but put emphasis as main hub on one and mining base on 3.

So landing one it is! Note that each landing is at least hundreds of kilometers apart, if not thousands.

      You debate about which landing to choose. In the end, you agree about choosing the first one (the rocky hills), and maybe expand to the mountains later. The workers are immediatly put to work and begin hauling supplies to the shuttles.
      You have three functional shuttles. Two in the starboard hangar and one under the cloning facility (designed to transport cloning vats to the surface). Each shuttle can hold 12 clones (the pilot, ten passengers and the gunner for the small plasma turret. Yes, turret. In case of hostile fauna or whatever.) and 144m3 of cargo. The third shuttle is the only one able to take cloning vats with it.
      You may consider growing more clones, to crew all the shuttles. (you can grow 12 at a time)


Time to munchkin guys, here goes the numbers:

Supplies:
-Food: 1m3 for 16 daily rations, or 1 hydroponic (grant 3 food/day under optimal conditions)
-Housing: 8m3 for a 6-clones hab
-Ressources: 12m3 for an all-purpose mass extractor, 8m3 for an energy generator (small), 8m3 for a micro-factory (like a synthetiser from star trek, but not for food).
-Tools: 1m3 is enough to equip 16 clones with various tools or survival kits (all-purpose medipack with emergency nutritional pills and heat sticks to crack and put in your suit)
-Suits: 1m3 contain 8 suits (that are already pretty resilient) or 4 reinforced suits (the next best thing to power armour, which you dont have any)
-weapons: 1m3 for 24 pistols / 12 rifles / 4 heavy weapons.
-Clones vats: 16m3 for one (up to four in a shuttle, only one shuttle can have them.)
-Clone fluid cylinders: 3m3 each. They carry one clone worth of fluid and can, when filled with 8 food units, convert them into 1 unit of clone fluid.

A shuttle have 144m3 of cargo space. You have three of them, and you can make several trips. (for the sake of simplicity, all vehicles will use food units as fuel.)


Energy:
-Small generators: +20
-Houses: -4
-Clone vats: -2 while growing a clone.
-Extractors: -3
-Micro factories: -6 while fabricating.
-Hydroponics: -1

this also how did you build that snazzy shuttle :P
Blockade runner :3 I'm also trying to build the whole big ship but it's far from finished (It's called a Neumatron Class Colonizer by the way)


Also which types of clones do you want? basic workers? pilots? soldiers? engineers? How many of each?
If you want to have something that isn't in the list of Supplies, feel free to ask, I'll see if I add it.

That make 18 soldiers and 6 pilots. You only have 3 shuttles, each needing only one pilot, and you already have two pilots.
You also have three soldiers and only 7 workers. I dont think having thrice as much gun-wielding clones as do-anything-not-military clones is wise. Soldiers are only able to do two things: killing things and keeping comrades from being killed. Assembling stuff? Maintenance stuff? Naah.
Workers are able to do everything not military (but specialized clones do it better. Engineers clones, for exemple, are good for keeping things working. On the other hand, they are less good at mining and tending to living things (like other clones or hydroponics).

Oh darn it, I may as well post all clones available:

-Workers: Can do everything non-military average-y.
-Soldiers: Can only do military things, but do it well.
-Engineers: Keep mechanical things working.
-Bio-carers: Medics, keep cloning vats / clone fluid cylinders / hydroponics in check (optimal growth and all).
-Miners: What is on the tin... You have extractors that work fine alone, but miners increase their efficiency, and are necessary in the digging of any underground structure.
-Pilots: Nothing to add. Pilot things.

Yes! added to the list. 4 and 16 per m3 respectively.

get 4 pilots, 4 solders for the ship and 8 for the base, 6 bio peeps and the rest normal then. the extra pilots are backup.

we only need 18 dont get any more! also get 3 miners and 9 bio peeps.
