Spoiler: jaass/Urgo’s Actions (click to show/hide)

Your nights are becoming more productive as the first real tools begin to take shape. Soon a settlement could be built here. Perhaps only a camp before you explore more distant areas than the forest. The ward is growing weaker however it still seems to be strong enough to ward off animals. As the morning arises you are greeted by a small green humanoid creature in ragged clothing. It’s a goblin! However it only looks at you oddly for a few moments. Perhaps it’s friendly? Perhaps it’s a scout? What do you do now?

NOTE: I’m sorry about the delay. Also I miscounted Urgo’s rations and have fixed that to be more correct. Take not that you AUTOMATICALLY eat a ration during the day phase unless you state otherwise.

(I see three paths on what can happen, its friendly and we get access to a village of these goblins and maybe a quest. The goblin is hostile, we kill it and either interrogate it or do the dwarf fortress way on how we treat our enemies. It escapes and it is actual scout if this happens I think we should torch our camp and just move.)

Urgo Ferlar

Looking at this green humanoid he remember it was called a goblin. This goblin could easily killed them in their sleep by bashing in their heads with a rock but it didn't... Maybe it has never saw anything besides its own kind, maybe this village has never interacted with any the other races. This can be a truly remarkable experience to see a village that was not influence by outside culture and not forced to raid and destroy everything in order to just to survive. Maybe this village has developed it own culture and innovations and it is not bound by their race's stereotypes. This however made him thought that they maybe a lot more isolated then he originally thought but he saved this idea for another time when there wasn't such a pressing matter in front of him. Their is two things however this goblin can do either you can talk to it be using some type of universal language spell or if it is hostile using a paralyzing spell or at least slow it down enough to for the others deal with it.

Use a universal language spell to see if you can talk to the goblin and say you have no hostile intentions but if you do threaten us their will be dire consequences. If it is successful ask the goblins its name you know formal introductions and then ask about the surrounding environment and anything interesting about it. Any hostile action that are taken by a goblins use a paralyzing spell or use a spell that slows it down just enough that you can easily dodge it's attacks.

Walk into the forest and spend the entire day and early night searching for materials.

While two of you prove more than enough to subdue the goblin you still know little of its intentions and now you have to worry about it waking up in the night and stalking off or attacking you. Luckily you won’t have to worry about that for the rest of the day. You use the time discussing what to do with the green thing. Eventually you notice that Leon is still missing. What happened to him? Regardless you have more pressing matters such asWhat do you do now?

(Totally did not expected this outcome I actually laughed. Nice twist though.)
Urgo Ferlar

Well looks like the Goblin was so frighten that it fell unconscious, a completely different outcome then I expected. This confirms my suspicion that this goblin is definitely different, hopefully it is not a outlier of this race. Now I have to deal with this unconscious goblin the first step was to restrain it. We don't have any rope to hog tie him so maybe I should bind his limbs with by influencing the ground around it with magic. Then what will I do for the rest of the day? Maybe I can influence the vegetation specifically the trees with magic, and while I do that I can search for some food. If the goblins awakes maybe I can talk to with the universal language spell.

Before I get started I suggest "We should travel in pairs if we are going to travel outside the camp's line of sights just in case their more of these goblins out there."

Trap the goblin's limbs by influencing the ground(magic) around so it can retrain the goblin.
Don't stray the far from camp but see if you can influence the trees with magic but while doing that search for some food. (ex. See if you can get a tree to attack a rock or something along that lines.)
If the goblin wakes use universal language spell to speak with it. Say that your sorry for this outcome you just want a peaceful resolution and you will release it limbs if it complies with your wishes of that peaceful resolution. Once this is done ask for its' name and anything interesting in the surrounding area.

Spoiler: mesor/Leon’s Actions (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: wer6/Lena’s actions (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: jaass/Urgo’s Actions (click to show/hide)

Leon has returned from his extended trip in time to see a flurry of activity. Urgo has restrained the goblin with an earth spell however the effort seems to have drastically injured him! Lena has created another weapon although it’s uses are limited due to it’s size. Perhaps better or lighter materials could make a better one? Alith has yet to give up on making a bow but lack of materials prevents it. Morning rolls around as you take stock of the situation. The Goblin’s vitals are all in check but he seems to be regaining consciousness. However there are other issues such as the lack of food and injured Urgo. What do you do now?

TIP: Be careful with magic or other risky activities. You can die. In fact it should be expected. There are ways of increasing your health though to allow for more risk. How to do this is unknown to you at the time though.
