((No, you need fletching to make a proper arrow. Otherwise it doesn't fly. Keep in mind that Alith is quite good at bowmaking and fletching and knows how to make them as he needs them.))

Not to my knowledge no, and unless you can prove it's possible [maybe with bolts. Not sure though] I'll have to say you can't do that. Unfletched arrows will be just that. Also bold actions/ questions so I don't mistake it for a role-play post.

( i read some where that if you cut the back end of the  arrow where the feather is it can act as a replacement of it but it wont be as good as the real deal.)

Urgo Ferlar

Think to himself, he noted that his ward was more might have a more physical effect on this plane then it should have. He decided to call a old friend Archimedes the Owl to help.

Summon familiar, investigate further effects on what the ward is having(includes the fire). Maybe meditate to sense the effect or if Archimedes arrives maybe it can help out.

(Also how can you heal in this game. Like can you use herbal supplements or alchemy; maybe magic.)

edit: add some details

Your actions for the day have netted several building materials and further explained the mystery of this forest. What exactly these occurances mean you are not sure however that may be a question you can answer in the night. Or perhaps you should fortify your defences in case the ward dies in the night. Either way you each eat a small amount of rations and then think about one thing: What do you do now?

Urgo Ferlar

It seems that the surrounding environment have a vampiric effect on magic maybe some of the trees are sentient, possibly Ents? Urgo was pondering as he walked through the forest looking for a fallen branch that can be enchanted for dowsing. Finally he spotted a branch picking it up and headed back to base camp.

Investigate further see if the tree respond to telepathic thoughts or maybe spoken words, see if I can enchant the branch so it can lead a person to areas that are saturated with magic.

Continue searching the area, If I see any animals put my hunting skills to use and spear them to bring back to camp, Place a log on the fire and see if this stops the fire draining the ward.

"Who is gonna be our builder?"
