It's the umpteenth FPS and it's the bastard child of EA Origin but it also is a great game. Using the Frostbite engine puts it head and shoulders above the competition, which isn't saying much considering the garbage they are recycling.
The last MoH game was criticized for it's weak multiplayer in particular which this one addresses by basically copying CoD's over the top fast gameplay. Unfortunately that sort of hyper activity has now bled over into the single player part of the game, but it is now a unified experience. I have only played the first 3 missions of the single player and an hour of multi but I can really recommend the game to fans of shooters. Also, I did not encounter a single CTD or bug which may be a case of the studio's experience with the engine now.

TLDR: Better than the competition, buy it.
