I just figured it'd make the game a bit more bearable when you're fighting a huge army *cough cough Grek *cough Cough* Zomara*cough**cough* *Wheeze*....

Anyway it'd make it a bit more winnable or tolerable because you'd still have a chance of getting lucky.

I disagree. The game is improved my its chesslike determinism, where if you make a move, you know what will happen and what your opponent can do.

This is a valid complaint. But are you saying that because you're kicking ass or because you honestly believe it?

I can see both arguments. It won't occur until at least V.4.0 if I do decide to do it [Test 3 in sign-ups by the way: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=119990.15;viewresults [shameless plug is shameless]] So for now do not worry. I'll have to think more on this subject.

I honestly do think that. I could see adding randomness if it were a more inherent part of the system, but right now the only random things are traps.

Traps, Dopps, and Terrain [in this map.] But other than that it's all fine.

MOD NOTE I've created 4 maps that can be cycled in at any time. Feel free to contribute your own if you want. A Castle [what was originally for V.3.0's test], a Forest, a Labyrinth, and a Beach.

Each has the same terrain "type" but what the terrain actually IS is different for each one.

I am woundering if that means I should not attack the green cleric, or if I should. There was no yes or no, Just a mass movement of an army.

Cleric cast haste
Cleric use heal (if possible)
troll, beat the crap out of B3 using all the attacks
Palidan attack B2 twice
and archer poison shot cleric
