I switched over to Empire from Feudal Monarchy, and also lost the force limits bonus for being Emperor (because Bavaria annexed some vassal and the HRE doesn't have enough member states or something), so my land force-limit dropped considerably. At the very end of the war when I had new territory and both of those modifiers still I could support over 100 troops, but now I can support a lot less.

I'm glad it built up to my naval forcelimit, but I probably got 10 new transports or something.

I'm sure I've somehow managed to accrue 10 points of inflation or something equally ridiculous.
You somehow managed to make most of the electors hate you.

Probably the 12 infamy I picked up in the war, and the fact that my legitimacy is like 9 for whatever reason. Also spending 50 IA on the reform probably didn't help my reelection chances.

It didn't and you burned 100 IA, I'm the emperor now.

Also we killed two electors.

Maps?

I started building the Great Grey Fleet. I'm up to 24 terrible ships instead of only 15. Truly we are the height of European sea power. So uh, watch out guys. I might start up a naval hegemony that could totally block you guys out of the new world before you even get there. I haven't technically seen any colonies apart from those of Burgundy, so I assume the New World is free for the taking, yes?  :P

I am not sure, but it is possible that the AI reduced your army considerably and bolstered the navy. I don't remember who it was, but one of the german players commented at how easily they succeeded at Protect against Burgundy, and your navy was at least 36 ships large.
It was me. I had... 50-60K. I'm pretty sure it was actually a stackwipe.

heh, people with <100 FL

heh.
I'm sorry, but most of us don't have 1/10th of the world.

Also we killed two electors.
Would've been three if Trier wasn't so stubborn.

Big, full-res map

Spoiler: Manageable size (click to show/hide)

I added the vassals and PU's I remember Delhi having, but I may have mixed up a few. Austria's default vassal color was exactly the same as the background color, but I remember them PU'ing Hungary and vassalizing Oldenburg. Also Genoa, but that might be wrong. Scandinavia changed to orange for ULTIMATE CONTRAST with the Big Blue Blob, since they have a lot of near-to-one-another islands.

Changed Delhi to purple for more contrast, added those two nations. (At least I think that's Khorasan.)

You've given me a little too much territory there, since Austria controls Dutch Gelre and I only control the coastal Kongo province (unless the AI went out and conquered those).
