Wow, I'm looking at Ottomans in the save right now, and it's worse than I could ever imagine. Inflation at 26%, stability at -3, over the infamy limit, no legitimacy, -50 prestige, and there's a loan coming due. The province with the lowest revolt-risk is at 5.9%.

Anyone up for a challenge? Play the ottomans forward 50 years in single player and see who can salvage a country from this mess?

Its 1458, I've gained 15 provinces (more than doubling in size). I've faced down Austria and Spain, and beaten up Serbia to the point that they are currently getting raped by every country in sight. I've been at war with the Mamluks (and won)

My inflation is down to 20, my stability is at 3, my force limits are maxed out, Asia Minor is all muslim, and the English have only one province in Turkey. Also the mamluks are pretty much dead at this point.

sadly my legitimacy is at 19, but I had a weak claim heir so there's not too much i could do about that. prestige is currently only 35, but I've just been expanding my sphere and its been at 100 several times.

I did that. The DotF was busy though. Sadly I still got my ass kicked by a combination of Georgia Serbia and Bulgaria. I can take any of them individually, just not all three at the same time

Plus Bulgaria has a level 2 fort in its capital now
