I've decided on the Shimazu as my faction :P On another note if we have more games on Saturdays I may miss some of them as I have IRL obligations every other Saturday I can't get out of.

Okay, seriously. If you go Japan you won't have contact with the rest of the players for another century and a half, and we hardly got past 30 years in the last session. Are you absolutely sure you want to play Shimazu?

Without Burgundy around I will probably have to keep a standing 100,000 men army around. My poor coffers >:(

We didn't even get past a decade.

yeah, that was mostly because of the massive war taking us down to 1 speed, then the peace talks, not to mention the starting issues.

we did manage to ratchet it up to three speed for a time, which was good, i think.

hopefully there won't be any massive wars next session so we'll get more done.

We've gotten through ~50 years in three sessions. I'd say the connection problems held us back the most.

Karlito, Burgundy's AI probably won't abide by our treaty.

Okay but since guarantees last 20 years, can we take a pause at year 7 and have the guarantees modded out of the savegame.

If we get into a kerfuffle with the AI what would be acceptable war terms.

I leave that decision in the hands of my fellow players. Do what you think is best.

Hey guys.

    Bavaria:
    cancels Trier
    cancels Saxony
Sounds fair, but Saxony is kind of a jab in the back for John. If I remember correctly, he used his own infamy to give Saxony the Bohemian province.

I can't seem to decide whether I get off worse or better than the rest of the HRE + Illyria Alliance. On one side, I lose two core Provinces that I may not be getting back for a very long while, which is more than anyone else. Then again, I could've lost some pretty important vassals, and then the Turks wanted my entire eastern border and more...
Well, I feel like I've come off a little light, but for me it still hurts. I have a weak economy with few provinces under my direct control, and vassals are pretty much all I've got for myself the entire game so far. Though I suppose I can rebound. I'm sure the RNG will give me a mission on Saxony yet again because they happen to be my neighbor.

Anyway, Albania is 2 provinces, right? I'm losing vassals with a total of 5. It's up to you whether that's worse or better.

Oh dear. I just realized I probably won't be able to play for the next two weeks. The Quarter ended and I'll be traveling around.
Well, considering what the AI did to Xeron, you'd better hope the AI doesn't screw around too much.

Also, did you guys decide on any alliance limitations?

I lost 8 provinces in vassals, which is almost the size of Brandenburg proper, plus my guarantee on the imperial throne.

We haven't figured out alliances limits yet, but I'm sure we'll work something out.

Well, I'm probably going to edit in the peace deal before the next session, so I need confirmation from Tarran, Somebody and JF.

I'm fine with canceling Trier and Saxony.

Are you going to edit prestige too? Or are you going to leave that alone?
