Not being landlocked and having large enough a naval forcelimit for it to matter are two very different things.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

I don't believe I saw savoy or portugal in the game, so unless someone wants to contradict me I'm going to remove them from the list tomorrow.

Nope. So far the supposed players of those nations are the only ones who haven't taken part in both sessions.

Is there a map for the current world?

Speaking of Germany, please leave me some way to get to the sea, Barb. I don't want to be landlocked for the entire game.
Any hope to your south? Otherwise, you'll have to head west of Jutland, since I've a good chance of soon annexing Mecklenburg and inheriting Holstein.

I posted one a few pages ago.

Well, seeing as that would require going through Austria/Somebody... :P

Yeah, either I would have to go through Somebody, Karlito, John, or Azthor to get access to the south.

The ease of getting access north compared to south is like the ease of breaking a wall made out of wood with an axe compared to breaking a wall of concrete with a hammer. Plus, half those people are my for-the-moment allies.

Anyway, I'm fine with going west of Jutland. That was my plan anyway.

Yeah, I was going to recommend that you try to blitz toward Oldenburg and Bremen if you want Sea access. Of course, the number of States you have to go through would just make it sensible to form Germany while you're at it :P

Edit: Also in the interest of defusing some of the Central European conflict we have going on, I have decided to propose some rough borders for Germany.

That's cool, but it's in everybody's interest to make sure that everybody else doesn't get that big.

Are you looking for another asskicking? :P

But anyway, this map gives Somebody Hungary and Transylvania, and it gives Barbarossa Prussia and maybe parts of Poland, so its not that big in retrospect. Plus, its unlikely that Tarran get any colonies in his current position, and thats where alot of players will get the majority of their size.
