I thought the showdown between the invasive Burgundian horde and the Emperor was fantastic. One one side, a powerful outsider who had already subjugated many to his will, intent on becoming an unstoppable force via the imperial office. On the other, the current emperor and his loyal allies, including the prospective empire-defending emperor of the future.

You would have, I had no army commanders and you and your combined vassals  had around 10 to 20 more troops than I did.
You had no commanders? Huh, good thing my super generals were there.
Glad my 15k troops with my one good general was there, I think I killed about the same number in vassal armies during the initial maelstrom of battles.

England and Burgundy are victims, I tell you, we both got brutally and amazingly ganked. On a side note, Burgundy might have prevailed had I been able to join the war.
He who invades the empire must fight the empire.

Uh, dude? Burgundy is a member of the Empire.

Well, you did. They didn't really hurt me that much. Hopefully I even get some conquest rather than vassalization missions this time around.

I only really lost Caux.

In name. It's primarily comprised of external territories, and most of its territories that are imperial are cores of other imperial nations.

I am also being melodramatic.

I now know Burgundy took part of France the moment I DCed. England is not amused.

It's primarily comprised of external territories,
This claim, at least, it patently false. As for the other, my magistrates are hard at work and will rectify that problem.

But I do enjoy melodrama, so don't let me discourage you.

I did lose 2 prestige on border dispute events that fired rather than take cores, so I'm not trying to antagonize you.

Europe's starting to feel a bit like a shrinking box. Mega-Denmark to the north, Frengland to the far west, Burgundy also to the west, Austria to the south, and several gigantic countries to my east. I guess I'll have to consolidate that box as much as I can, because I'm starting to doubt I'll reach the New World first, if ever.

Heh. I just noticed that the Timmies, GH, and Azthor all have the same number of provinces.

Edit: Speaking of the New World, anyone feel like making early claims? My only claim is Cuba, but thats because I don't feel like focusing on the NW much.

Do you think that, as Serbia, you'll beat Castille to Cuba?

You think you've got it bad? Try sitting in my position.

Doomcountries all around where I am. At least you've got the sea.

Tip of Florida for me, if I EVER get there. I don't think I will.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Chances are that Denmark will become the foremost colonial player, since northern germany would be too constested a target for him to expand to.

You could annex Venice and Friuli and I wouldn't mind.

I rather prefer Europe myself.

Really? I thought you said you wanted to go west?...
