yeah, then you only have to deal with the 100k+ troops i had there :p

or  had i pulled them out by that time?

They must already be on their way back to Russia, not that it matters much, the situation in the continent can't get much worse.

Also, in case anyone is wondering, when I said Great Britain must not break I was refering to the actual event. It is still game if you are swarmed by rebels and several wars of independence at the end of the day, you just cannot let London be occupied by rebels.

What about using diplomacy to get out of it? Promise Brandenburg burgundy, and Austria Russia lands. Negotiate a truce with Scandinavia and you're set.

It's a single player scenario.

Not to mention I made white peace or better for the four wars a rule. It'd be fairly easy to surrender in the four wars and fight the rebels.

I have a feeling he was aware of that. I think he just did a poor job with his commas and the location of that 'and'.

Hmm, this is difficult. Every time I try, I can usually fix the rebel problem in the Isles fairly well by taking a loan and getting troops quickly (which isn't the best plan long-term, but eh.) and going around smashing. Getting back onto the continent has proven difficult. I landed in Scandinavia and WP'd out of that war, but going any further south and it's hordes of Germans, Lotharingians, and Russians all over the place. I might be able to stall them out, but my own war exhaustion is making it hard to even hold the capital. (And that's with 20k troops just parked in London all the time.)

I'd rather wait until some semi-decent mods get in, but I might be up for it.

If I can afford it, hell yes. (Though I'd rather finish this game if somehow it's not over by the release.)

We would need to slow down quite a bit for that to happen, as at the current rate, we are going to reach 1918 in late May.

Most of us will have been destroyed by a combined Russia-GB alliance long before then, anyway, so the point is moot.

But yeah, we'll see if I'm able to drag myself away from EU4 single player for some multiplayer action (Oh god, Rome 2 is coming out at around the same time. My college degree is doomed).

I think that at the moment the rest of the world combined may have a chance against GB/Russia. I guess it depends on whether or not us other continental folks have room to expand. Scandinavia's doing a pretty decent job. Let's see where my Asian Expeditionary Force gets me.

If we stick together defensively, I'm sure we'll be able to resist them, or it least give them a hell of a time before they beat us.
