My picture with Serbia was high-res, the base one wasn't. If you send me a bigger one next time, Twiggie, I'll be sure to do the proper recolouring and whatnot.

I think someone has to beat the Emperor up and force him to revoke the latest reform. It might not be the only way, but I wouldn't know any others.

I am not sure, but it is possible that the AI reduced your army considerably and bolstered the navy. I don't remember who it was, but one of the german players commented at how easily they succeeded at Protect against Burgundy, and your navy was at least 36 ships large.
