Well, that was moderately fun ignoring the extremely slow speed for a large section. I'm amazed that Naples didn't lose any territories.

Also, BurgundyAI hates England(Now Great Britain) with a passion.

Yeah, that's annoying. And I'm sure that will be annoying to Karl when he gets back and likely finds loads of infamy.

Yeah, sorry about that slowness.

Question about forming Prussia. In Divine Wind, Brandenburg doesn't have to already be Prussian to form Prussia, and in fact has a unique decision for forming the country. (As, after all, it was the Hohenzollerns of Brandenburg that first made a Kingdom out of Prussia.) Is there a way for me to still form the country? I'm close to having the land I need, but I don't know if I can change cultures.

You dont need to change cultures.

You need
protestant to be enabled
ostpreussen
memel
gumbinnen
(above with cores)
peace
>1 stab

you also need to be in the HRE

its pretty easy and intuitive to look stuff like that up in the actual game files, since its all raw text

Even then, you could easily change culture by switching your capital to a Prussian province and accepting the Culture shift decision that comes with it. You just need 1000 gold on hand and +3 stab.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Looks like there is in fact a Brandenburg-specific one that allows me to remain Saxon, so I'm all set... once I get cores and protestantism is a thing.

protestantism is a thing.

Which it undoubtedly will become... in about 12 sessions at this rate.

Speaking of protestant, when the reforms come along, who's planning on staying yellow, who's going protestant, and who's going... *snicker* 'reformed'?

I, myself, am definitely thinking of reforming if I get enough reformed provinces. Maybe I'll even go 'reformed' just for the lulz.

Also, front page list of players needs to be updated because of Xeron.

I can get 1000d in two years without minting  :P

I was planning on staying catholic, but the eternal excommunication I've been subjected to made me declare restraint of appeals, so I might as well go protestant.

Twiggie! You forgot that the reformation doesn't take place right at 1/1/1500, it takes another 10 to 15 years! That means it will be at least one more session then that! :P

Edit: Well, since I start Orthodox, I have absolutely no reason what so ever to want to go protestant or Reformed. Unless I, for some reason, get enough of those rare "Orthodox to Reformed" Events. Which is HIGHLY unlikely.
