Started a new embark earlier and ended up with 1 fella and 6 females!

I've actually been having a problem with an overabundance of women. I work only with male militaries (to prevent baby shields), and also most of the people that tend to want to be dwarfed on another forum I do community forts for want to be guys.

However, I would not mind being in your dwarf's situation.

Remember, these are dwarven women. They're basically men with a tattoo on their arms that says "I be a chick, an' I havin' yer bebbies whether ye like it er not".

As far as I know, an embark group always consists of either 6 men and 1 female, or 1 man and 6 females.

I've gotten groups with a 3:4 ratio of one gender to the other.

Fortunately for him, his kind are smart enough not to be polygamous under any circumstances, so chances are he won't get himself into trouble lovin' up other girls. Unfortunately, they're also too stupid to be polygamous under ANY circumstances, such as when it is necessary to have as many children as possible before dying of old age.

Chances are none of them are very fond of him as it is.
