Windows 7 Print screen
« on: October 19, 2012, 05:56:35 am »

So, I just noticed this now, but now when I go to press 'PrtScn' the computer makes a photo-taking noise, but doesn't copy it to the clipboard. I have no idea where it might be saving the images, but not letting me paste into paint just makes me frustrated as hell.
It's pretty frustrating and it WAS working perfectly up until I tried to do it today.
Any help would be great ^^

I... don't know why it would make a photo sound but generally printscreen copies the image to your clipboard so you should be able to paste it into an image program like mspaint.

That's exactly the problem, and it's stopped doing that.
I'm running a virus scan at the moment just in case

[Edit]
Okay what the hell, it just fixed itself, stopped making the camera-shutter noise and will now let me paste things.
Wtf Windows

Were you running any programs at the time? People generally printscreen interesting things from their programs, or their desktop background.
